Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50% of the base fare; within 2 hours or no-show, 100%.
2. Sprinters & mini coaches
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before pickup. Within 72 hours, 50% of the reservation total; within 24 hours, 100%.
3. Weddings & special events
Event and wedding reservations require a non-refundable deposit to hold vehicles. Cancellations 30+ days before the event receive a refund of amounts paid beyond the deposit.
4. Flight delays
Airport pickups are flight-tracked. We automatically adjust for delays—no cancellation fees apply when an airline cancels your flight and you notify us.
5. How to cancel
Cancel from My Trips, or call (866) 599-1213 / email info@burksluxury.com. Refunds post to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
