1. Reservations
Online reservations are requests until confirmed by our dispatch team. Quoted fares are estimates and may change with routing, wait time, tolls, parking, airport fees, additional stops, or itinerary changes.
2. Rates & payment
Hourly services carry a minimum booking period. A standard 20% gratuity is applied unless otherwise agreed. A valid payment method is required to secure a reservation; charges are processed after service unless a deposit is required.
3. Wait time
Complimentary wait time is 15 minutes for standard pickups and 60 minutes after scheduled landing for domestic flights (90 minutes international). Additional wait time is billed in 15-minute increments at the vehicle's hourly rate.
4. Passenger conduct
Smoking and illegal substances are prohibited in all vehicles. Passengers are responsible for damage beyond normal wear, including cleaning fees. Chauffeurs may end service if conduct endangers safety. Occupancy may not exceed the vehicle's legal capacity.
5. Lost items & liability
We are not responsible for items left in vehicles but will make reasonable efforts to return them. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other events beyond our control.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
